For me, that order was 1) Echo III Expansion Chassis 2) Macbook Pro 3) Secondary rack (which powers all USB hubs) and 4) Big Screen LED Monitor (which is connected via thunderbolt hub on Secondary Rack). Sometimes, the issue can be mitigated by powering up your HW in a very particular order. The issue causes the HDX Card to not be recognized or loaded.
